As well as working with adults, my therapeutic experience also extends to working with children and teenagers, focusing on emotional regulation and challenges associated with ADHD. I aim to provide a safe space for young clients to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and build confidence. I also support clients facing more complex issues such as substance misuse and social anxiety. Taking the first step towards understanding yourself and overcoming challenges can be daunting – know that I am here to support you with warmth and understanding as you find your way to a more peaceful place. |
