My practice offers services for both adults and children in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings and experiences with kindness and respect. I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel truly heard and understood, especially during times of emotional pain or life transitions. I primarily draw on existential and relational therapy, approaches that emphasise understanding your experience within the context of your relationships and your search for meaning. I believe that periods of intense emotional pain—when we feel lost, ungrounded, or overwhelmed—can be powerful opportunities for growth and self-discovery when approached with compassion, curiosity, and an open mind.
